From Firepit Afterthought to Year-Round Gathering Hub

Challenge: The firepit area needed to feel warm and welcoming—but also hold up to daily use and coastal conditions.

Solution:
We sourced commercial-grade HDPE Adirondack chairs, crafted from recycled plastic containers. Why HDPE? It doesn’t rot, warp, or discolor. It’s low-maintenance, eco-conscious, and engineered to last in humid, harsh UV, and salty air—without compromising on style. We paired it with coastal-inspired colors in a neutral tone to ground the space in calm, contemporary comfort.

Cabanas Reimagined for Style, Shade, and Longevity

Challenge: The client previously used daybeds in the cabanas—but those wore down quickly in the elements and didn’t offer the flexibility residents wanted.

Solution:
We designed new poolside cabanas wrapped in marine-grade, solution-dyed fabric, built specifically to resist UV rays, moisture, and mildew. Elegant side drapes add a layer of visual softness and style. Inside, we replaced the bulky daybeds with two chaise lounges and a shared side table, making it easier for residents to stretch out—or sit up and socialize.

We also guided them through the comfort debate: sling mesh chaise vs. strapping. The verdict? Sling mesh for a cooler, more ergonomic feel that withstands long hours in the sun.

Cushion Replacement That Blends Seamlessly with the Brand

Challenge: Aging cushions were making an otherwise beautiful pool deck feel tired.

Solution:
We provided custom cushion replacements, choosing fabrics and fills that are both comfortable and commercial-grade. Every material was chosen with brand cohesion in mind—tying into the bold blue tones of the cabanas and the neutral elegance of the firepit zone.
